We drive by every property each month and while at your property we fill out a report. We call these Property Inspection Reports (PIR). These inspections can be emailed to you on a monthly basis automatically.
We make your financial life a little easier by using the web-based accounting and bookkeeping tools to manage your property's day to day operations.
